PICKUP PROCEDURE

Pickup from Schiphol Airport (departure 3-C)

If you book a return or only the return trip, pickup from Schiphol Airport, we will keep an eye on your flight for delays. About 45 min. After landing time your driver will be waiting for you at Schiphol Airport.

PLEASE NOTE!

  • Turn your mobile on immediately once you’ve landed
  • If you have a different telephone number than what you have passed to the central or what is on the receipt, you should immediately notify the Central
  • Once you have landed and have your luggage, you need to go to the departure Hall 3-C
  • The driver will then contact you by telephone.

Flights from Suriname/Curaçao

If you are arriving with a flight from Suriname/Netherlands Antilles, please call us if you have been through all customs stations. Here the waiting time of 45 min. After landing time no longer applies. You must call us if you have your luggage and are outside at departure Hall 3, Exit C.

PLEASE NOTE!

  • Turn your mobile on immediately once you’ve landed
  • If you have a different telephone number than what you have passed to the central or what is on the receipt, you should immediately notify the Central
  • Once you have landed and have your luggage, you need to go to the departure Hall 3-C
  • The driver will then contact you by telephone.

Hand luggage

  • If you only have hand baggage, please inform the Centre in advance.
  • The waiting time will be 15 mins after landing time.

Meeting Point

  • If you wish to be picked up at the Meeting Point, please inform the Central Office in advance.
  • Your driver will then be around 45 min. After landing time at the Meeting Point with your nameplate.
  • The extra cost of the parking garage is + extra charge is entirely for you.

  • If you wish to be picked up at the GATE, please inform the Central Office in advance.
  • Your driver will be waiting for you at the GATE with a nameplate.
  • The extra cost of the parking garage is + extra charge is entirely for you.

If you book a return or only the return trip, pickup from Rotterdam Airport, we will keep an eye on your flight for delays. About 30 mins After landing time your driver will be waiting for you at Rotterdam Airport.
